The two existing babycare rooms, located in the Departure and Check-In terminal of the Indore International Airport, will now be managed by Himalaya Wellness.
Previously managed by AAI (Airports Authority of India), these state-of-the-art babycare facility would offer key Himalaya products like hand sanitizer, baby bath, baby lotion and diapers among others for complimentary usage for mothers and babies, under the management of Times OOH.
These existing baby care rooms at Indore airport are now upgraded, designed and branded by Himalaya, hence establishing direct consumer connect with free provision of necessary products to mothers inside the room, making the space clean, comfortable and convenient for usage.
Speaking about the initiative, Rajat Mittal, VP - Alliances, Events & Sponsorship at Times OOH said, “Himalaya Babycare at key International Airports like Mumbai, Delhi, Indore and others is one of our largest and most ambitious projects to transform the travelling experience for two kinds of travellers that deserve our attention & care the most - infants and their mothers. Also present at the occasion was Airport Director, Aryama Sanyal who described, “ There is a need for such babycare rooms at all airports, hence, this is a very thoughtful initiative. These rooms offer a clean and comfortable space with diaper changing counters that helps bring a bit of relaxation to mothers in between their hectic travel schedule. We believe in setting benchmarks in service quality and are proud to host our daycare facility in partnership with Himalaya and Times OOH."
Indore airport is the first international airport in Madhya Pradesh, hosting flights to Dubai and manages 2-5 million passengers every year. It has also been recognized as the best airport in APAC by Airport Council International (ACI).
